If you have selected a Resideo ProIQ Subscription, these additional terms shall apply.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Resideo to automatically renew your subscription for successive renewal terms each equal in length to the initial term specified in your cart, at the purchase price for your initial term (plus taxes and fees, less any applicable discounts) using the payment information you provided for your initial purchase, until you cancel. We will send you an e-mail reminder at least once prior to each renewal to remind you of your upcoming renewal. We may change the renewal price for any upcoming renewal term by providing you with prior notice of the change by e-mail. The Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy will apply to each renewal transaction.
You may cancel your auto-renewal plan at any time by following the steps below.
Option A
- Go to pro.resideo.com
- Log in with your Resideo Pro User account
- On the left navigation, select "Services & Subscriptions"
- On the Services & Subscriptions page, select "Manage Plan" in your Active Service
- On the Manage Plan page, select "Cancel Service" and follow the prompts to completion
Option B
- Contact Resideo customer support at 855-539-4373 or by email at proiqsupport@resideo.com, and request to cancel your Resideo Professional Subscription plan
- A Resideo customer support agent will guide you through the process to completion
